Stuffed Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium yellow squash
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. minced celery
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil whole
    squash
    in
    salted water just until tender. Cool; split
    lengthwise
    and
    scoop out pulp.
    Saute onion and celery in butter.
    Add remaining ingredients and squash pulp. Stuff shells with
    this
    mixture;
    top with grated cheese and paprika.
    Bake for 20 to 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
