Irish Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sliced, raw potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. milk
1 medium onion, chopped fine
Preparation

In a buttered casserole dish, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, soup, milk and onion.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
