Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookies
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. fresh kiwi
1 c. whole strawberries, cut in half
1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries (other fruit such as peaches may be substituted)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Slice cookie dough as directed on package. Arrange slices in bottom of ungreased 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan. Using floured fingers, press dough evenly into pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
