Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 carrot, grated
    1 lb. pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Boil squash with chopped onion until tender; drain and cool. Melt 1/2 stick margarine in a pan and put dressing in margarine; brown slightly.
    Reserve 1/4 of the dressing mixture.
    Add remaining dressing to squash, sour cream, carrot and salt and pepper to taste; mix well.
