Judi'S Pineapple-Raisin Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. egg noodles
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    8 oz. large curd cottage cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 to 10 oz. pineapple chunks, drained
    handful of raisins
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Boil noodles and set aside.
    Mix beaten eggs, cottage cheese, vanilla, sour cream, margarine and sugar together.
    Pour noodles into egg mixture.
    Add pineapple chunks and raisins.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon and crumble cornflakes.
    Add pats of margarine to the top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour (may need an additional 20 minutes to bake).
