Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    3 large eggs
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 stick butter, softened
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. quick cornmeal muffin mix
    3/4 c. regular (self-rising) cornmeal
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except butter until well blended.
    Melt butter in an 11 x 7-inch glass baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until brown.
