1 egg
2 c. (4 1/2 oz.) whip cream
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients.
Shape into 1-inch balls.
Roll in confectioners sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
