Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small Irish potato, peeled and cooked
    1 box confectioners sugar
    peanut butter
Preparation
    Mash cooked potato.
    Slowly begin adding sugar while stirring, until mixture has become a ball of dough.
    Roll out thin. Spread peanut butter on top.
    Roll up like a jelly roll.
    Slice into 1/4-inch slices.
