Shoe Peg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can French-style green beans, drained
    1 can Green Giant Shoe Peg corn, drained
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/4 c. grated sharp cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick oleo, melted
Preparation
    Mix beans, corn, soup, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper. Saute the onion, green pepper and celery.
    Mix together with other ingredients and put in a 9 x 13-inch baking casserole dish.
    Top with the Ritz crackers and pour the melted oleo over the entire dish.
    Bake until bubbly and top is brown at 375\u00b0 or until firm.
