Rice Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. milk
    5 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix rice, milk, oil and beaten eggs together well.
    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar into batter.
    Mix until flour is dampened.
    Do not beat!
    Bake in greased muffin pans at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Yields 12 muffins.
