Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. melted oleo
    2 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation
    Slightly thaw potatoes; add salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese.
    Blend ingredients thoroughly.
    Pour into buttered 3-quart baking casserole.
    Sprinkle with crushed cornflakes.
    Sprinkle oleo over top of cornflakes.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, uncovered.
