Sweet Rolls(Cinnamon Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. shortening (liquid)
    2 yeast (dry)
    2/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    6 c. flour
    butter or oleo, melted
    sugar-cinnamon
    confectioners frosting
Preparation
    Scald 2/3 cup of milk.
    Add 1/2 cup sugar, the salt and shortening.
    Cool to lukewarm.
    Soften yeast in 2/3 cup lukewarm water and 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Add to milk mixture.
    Add the eggs and 3 cups flour; beat until smooth.
    Add 3 more cups flour; knead. Place in greased bowl; brush lightly with shortening.
    Let double in bulk.
    Divide dough into 3 parts.
    Roll into oblong 14 x 8 x 1/4-inch.
    Brush lightly with melted butter.
    Sprinkle with sugar-cinnamon.
    Roll as for jelly roll.
    Cut slices 1-inch thick. Place, cut side up, about 1 inch apart in greased shallow pan.
    Let double in bulk.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Frost while warm.
