Rich Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    12 oz. can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In saucepan, stir the sugar and cocoa together.
    Add milk and butter.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    When it boils, reduce heat to medium-low.
    Boil 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until mixture starts to thicken.
    Stir in vanilla. Pour over cake.
