Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 peeled, diced potatoes
    1/2 lb. or more cooked sausage, diced
    parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In an unbaked pie crust, add mixed ingredients.
    Add top crust. Have small cuts to vent the steam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with hot milk (not boiled) with a little butter, salt and pepper. Cut a piece of pie; put in a bowl.
    Add as much warm milk as you like.
    Enjoy.
