Mock Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can Skallops, ground
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
3 to 4 eggs
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 medium onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. mustard
1 c. bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. parsley

Preparation

Combine all ingredients; fry into patties.
Serve with tartar sauce.
