Melt-In-Your-Mouth-Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. lean ground beef or a combination of 1 lb. beef, 1/2 lb. ground pork and 1/2 lb. ground veal
2 c. Italian bread crumbs or hard bread
4 large eggs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 clove garlic, minced or 1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 small onion, minced
Preparation

Soak bread in cold water. Squeeze out water. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into balls of desired size. Place meat balls on Teflon-coated or lightly greased baking dishes. Brown in oven at 400\u00b0 for about 15 minutes. Drain and freeze or simmer in spaghetti sauce. Serves 6 to 8 people.
