Meat Potato Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 c. coarsely shredded raw potatoes
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. browned sausage, drained
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 1/2 c. milk
    5 eggs
    parsley
Preparation
    Place potatoes in oil in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake potatoes for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Layer cheese, onion, sausage and green pepper over potatoes.
    Beat milk and eggs; pour over other ingredients.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Return to oven and bake 30 minutes.
    Serves 12 to 15.
