Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium size pork chops
    6 medium potatoes, diced and boiled until near tender
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can whole milk
    onion (optional)
    bell pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Lightly brown pork chops in small amount oil; drain on paper towel.
    Place in oblong casserole dish.
    Drain potatoes and pour over chops.
    In small bowl, mix all other ingredients; salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until bubbly and thoroughly heated.
    Can be prepared overnight and baked in morning.
