Banana Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. raisin bran
    1 large egg, beaten
    1 c. ripe banana (about 2)
    1/4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Mix raisin bran and milk; set aside.
    Mix together remaining ingredients.
    Add this to bran mixture.
    Add to flour mixture, stirring just to moisten.
    Fill greased muffin pan 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 1 dozen.
