Pork Chops Over Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. lard
    1 c. rice
    1 can mushrooms
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    hot water
Preparation
    Brown chops.
    Spread rice in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Reserve 1 teaspoon onion soup mix.
    Sprinkle rest on rice.
    Add 3 cups water and mushroom juice to the rice.
    Put the chops over rice.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake for 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Remove from heat for 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
