Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    2/3 c. Old El Paso enchilada sauce
    pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. Longhorn cheese, grated
    12 flour tortillas
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown meat, onion, garlic, salt, pepper and chili powder; drain.
    Add enchilada sauce and cook down so there is very little liquid.
    Remove from heat and add Longhorn cheese.
    Stir until melted.
    Spread meat mixture on 12 flour tortillas.
    Roll up and place in baking dish.
