Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
3 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. creamy or chunk style peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In 2-quart saucepan, mix together sugar, cornstarch and salt. Gradually stir in milk.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and boils one minute. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
Pour into serving dish or individual dishes.
Chill.
Makes 6 servings.
