Fruit Cake Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 c., 2 sticks, butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 large eggs
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. chopped fruit, mixture of green and red candied cherries, yellow, red and green candied pineapple

Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Beat butter, sugars, and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs one at a time. Gradually beat in flour. Stir in remainder of ingredients. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes until golden brown.
