Pecan Drop(Cookie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. light brown sugar
    3/4 lb. pecans, finely chopped
    3 egg whites beaten stiff and dry
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Fold together sugar, pecans, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. Fold in egg whites.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet and bake in slow oven (325\u00b0) approximately 10 minutes.
    Yield:
    6 dozen cookies.
