Chicken Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. spaghetti noodles
    2 lb. uncooked chicken
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. grated Provolone cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. onion, diced
    1/4 c. green pepper, diced
Preparation
    Boil chicken in 2 to 3 quarts boiling water.
    Cool and dice. Add chicken and mushrooms to soup over low heat.
    Add browned onion and green pepper.
    Using water from the chicken, bring to a boil.
    Cook noodles to appropriate tenderness.
    Layer in a casserole dish the noodles, soup mixture and cheeses.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
