Greens And Grapes Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tsp. honey
    1 bulb fennel, trimmed, cored, halved lengthwise and cut into thin strips
    1/2 lb. seedless grapes, halved
    1 head radicchio, torn
    2 bunches arugula, trimmed, washed and patted dry
Preparation
    In a large bowl, whisk salt, pepper, oil, lemon juice and honey until blended.
    Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Serves 6.
