Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    3 1/2 to 4 1/2 c. flour
    melted butter or margarine
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix the first three ingredients and set aside.
    Scald milk. Add shortening, salt and 1/4 cup sugar.
    Add egg and yeast mixture.
    Beat.
    Knead in flour.
    Let rise once (about 1 hour).
