Beaufort Stew(Great For A Crowd!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. water
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    2 or 3 lb. shrimp (unpeeled)
    crabs, oysters or other shellfish
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 lb. smoked sausage
    6 ears corn or any amount you wish
Preparation
    Boil water.
    Add salt and pepper; add sausage and corn.
    Bring to a boil again.
    Add shrimp; cover and let boil about 5 minutes. Remove from heat; let stand about 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
