Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
    3/4 c. milk
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion (optional)
    4 oz. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Let hash browns thaw in bag.
    Combine all ingredients and mix together.
    Place in a buttered casserole or baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    I bake half of this and freeze half to bake at a later date.
