Java Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. unsalted butter, softened
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. coffee powder
2 c. flour
1/4 c. finely ground pecans
3 oz. melted semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation

Cream together butter and powdered sugar.
Beat in coffee, flour and pecans.
Roll into finger shapes and place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Let sticks cool. Dip in melted chocolate.
Yield:
6 dozen.
