Breaded Veal Cutlets(Oven Prepared) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. veal steak
    1 egg, beaten
    4 Tbsp. drippings
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    bread crumbs
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Dip cutlets in egg and crumbs.
    Season.
    Brown in drippings on top of stove to brown meat.
    Place in casserole or baking dish. Add water and Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour over veal; cover.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours.
