Apricot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut up or assorted pieces of your choice
    1 small bottle Catalina or Russian salad dressing *
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 small jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    Mix salad dressing, onion soup and preserves well in a small bowl.
    Lay chicken out in a single layer in a Pam sprayed baking dish.
    Pour salad dressing mixture over chicken and cover with foil.
    Bake one hour at 300\u00b0.
    Remove foil; baste chicken and cook uncovered 1 hour longer.
