Parslied Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. (1 stick) butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 (1 lb. each) cans whole potatoes, drained and sliced
Preparation

Combine potatoes and butter in medium size frying pan.
Heat slowly until butter melts.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper; toss lightly.
Saute slowly, stirring several times, 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Stir in parsley.
