Potato-Mushroom Bake(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 medium onion, peeled and sliced
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. whipping cream
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    In a buttered, shallow baking dish, layer potatoes, onion and mushrooms.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Pour cream over top. Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Uncover; bake 30 minutes longer.
