Hot Pastrami Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, sliced
    red and green pepper rings
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 lb. pastrami slices
    4 hard rolls, split
    pure prepared mustard
    slices pasteurized cheese
Preparation
    Saute onions and peppers in margarine.
    Add meat; heat thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
    For each sandwich, spread bottom half of roll with mustard; cover with meat mixture and cheese spread.
    Broil until cheese spread begins to melt.
    Serve with top half of roll, 4 sandwiches.
    Prep time: 10 minutes. Cooking time: 3 minutes.
