Wade'S Buffalo Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chicken wings
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. ground cumin
    2 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Melt butter; add cumin, red pepper and paprika.
    Set aside.
    Cut tips from wings, then cut remainder in half.
    Spray two large broiling pans with nonstick cooking spray. Place wings on rack.
    Bake on one side about 40 minutes, then turn and brown on second side.
    Remove from oven and brush both sides with butter mixture.
    Bake until crisp.
