Rigatoni With Cheese And Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
6 Tbsp. butter
6 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. rigatoni
2 fresh tomatoes, diced or canned tomato pieces
Preparation

Bake sausage at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Cool.
Slice thin and set aside.
Saute onions and garlic in butter until soft, but not brown.
Blend in flour.
Gradually add milk; cook and stir constantly over medium heat until mixture begins to boil.
Add 1 cup sharp cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper.
Blend until cheese is melted.
