Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 pkg. Jiffy cornmeal mix
4 eggs
2 chopped onions
1 (8 oz.) c. sour cream
1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese (optional)
Preparation

Mix together.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Melt 1/2 stick margarine and pour over mixture.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
