Strawberry Popover Pancake - cooking recipe

2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/4 c. mini chocolate chips
1/4 c. sugar
1 pt. strawberries, sliced
whipped topping
Preparation

Place butter in 9-inch glass pie plate; place in 200\u00b0 oven until butter melts. In a medium bowl, beat flour, milk and eggs until well blended. Pour mixture over melted butter; do not stir. Drop chocolate chips evenly over flour mixture. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until edges of pancake are puffed and a deep golden brown.
