Coated Pecan Halves - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. egg white
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. pecans
1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix egg white and pecans until sticky.
Add sugar and cinnamon; stir well.
Place in ungreased baking sheet and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
