Ingredients

2 Tbsp. raw rice
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Wash rice and drain.
Place in buttered baking dish, add salt and milk.
Bake 1 1/2 hours with cover on dish at 300\u00b0.
Stir occasionally.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake, uncovered, 1/2 to 1 hour longer.
Do not stir after adding last ingredients.
