Ground Beef And Pepper Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion, sliced
    dash of pepper
    1 (12 oz.) jar brown or mushroom gravy
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    hot, buttered noodles
    pea pods (optional)
Preparation
    In skillet, brown beef and onion until onion is tender.
    Drain excess fat.
    Season with pepper.
    Stir in gravy; add green pepper. Simmer, uncovered, until pepper is just tender, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over noodles with pea pods, if desired. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
