Marinated Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen flank steak
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    garlic salt to taste
    5 Tbsp. soy sauce
    5 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    pepper to taste
    3 Tbsp. dry sherry
Preparation
    Slice frozen meat into thin strips.
    Marinate in mixture of all ingredients at least 2 hours.
    Cook in wok or heavy skillet quickly, just one minute.
    Do not overcook.
    Serve with rice and salad.
