Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. boneless stew meat potatoes about 5 or 6 small or large ones, cut into 1/4 pieces
6 carrots
1 small can corn (cream)
1 small can green peas
1 onion (large)
1 large can stewed tomatoes
celery (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Salt and pepper meat; dust well with flour.
In small amount of shortening brown well in heavy pot (I use iron skillet).
After browning, add water to cook.
Wait until meat begins to get tender.
Then add potatoes and carrots when tender.
Add all other ingredients.
