Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. squash
    1 medium carrot, grated
    1 small onion, chopped
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook squash; if watery, drain.
    Add remaining ingredients and top with stuffing and butter patties.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 or 40 minutes.
