Spinach, Cheese And Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell, baked
    1/4 c. skim milk
    2 tsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. dried mint
    3/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 c. plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    1/8 tsp. salt
    12 oz. spinach, chopped
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 egg substitute
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Combine cottage cheese, milk, egg, flour, 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg and mint in blender.
    Blend until smooth.
