Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 green, emptied peppers
    1 lb. cooked ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 small can tomato sauce
    3/4 c. cooked Minute rice
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. Cheddar, shredded
Preparation
    Drop peppers in boiling water for 4 minutes.
    Mix meat, onion, sauce and Worcestershire.
    Add rice; simmer 4 minutes.
    Drain peppers.
    Stuff with rice mixture.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    These can be made in quantity.
    After stuffing, cool, wrap individually and freeze.
    When desired, cook in microwave 10 minutes on High, then add cheese and cook 5 minutes on Medium.
