Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. oil
Preparation
    In large mix-n-store pitcher, combine eggs and milk.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
    Add egg mixture and beat until smooth.
    Test for thickness; add more milk if too thick or flour if too thin.
