Yogurt Shake(For Diabetics) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. fresh ripe strawberries, sliced
    sugar substitute (to equal 1/4 c. sugar)
    dash of salt
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    2 (8 oz.) cartons plain low-fat yogurt
Preparation
    Place all ingredients except yogurt in bowl and mix well. Chill at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
    Put mixture and yogurt into blender and blend until smooth. Serve cold.
