Luau Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 plump chicken thighs
    8 chicken breast halves (4 whole breasts, split)
    1/2 c. lime juice
    1 tsp. garlic powder or 2 large garlic cloves, crushed
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    Chinese 5 spice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Make marinade of soy sauce, lime juice, onion and garlic. Marinate chicken 3 to 4 hours.
    Remove from marinade; sprinkle with 5 spice and brush melted butter.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 50 minutes and sprinkle with 5 spice 15 minutes before baking is done.
